AgTronics Annual Pre-Season Field Services

Optimize your harvest and protect your investment with AgTronics’ trusted pre-season service program.

Our Field Services Include:

  • ✅Full-System Inspection of Stripper Saver™ and Picker Saver™ fire suppression units
  • ✅ Preventative Maintenance on all AgTronics-equipped cotton harvesters
  • ✅ Complete System Functionality Testing (nozzle integrity, pressures, etc.)
  • ✅ Fluid Top-Offs & Replacement (Propylene Glycol or F-500)
  • ✅ Tank Flushing, Refill, and Seal Checks
  • ✅ Replacement of worn parts and fittings (as needed)
  • ✅ On-site service performed at your location throughout TX, NM, OK, and KS

Our Field Services Include:

  • 🔄 Refill and Mix-in of Propylene Glycol (PG) Antifreeze
  • 💧 Fill-up of F-500 Fire Suppression Fluid in correct dilution ratio

Fluids sold separately. Mixing & fill-up labor included in service visit.

Field Service Rates & Maintenance Call Charges (2025)

Base pricing anchored from Quitaque, TX. Travel charges may apply for extended distances.

Scheduled Field Service Call – $125/hr.
Pre-booked during normal business hours

PG or F-500 Fluid Add-On (55 Gal PG) – $600.00
$600.00 for 55 Gal + $75 mixing & fill labor (optional)

Final rates will be confirmed during scheduling. Multi-unit discounts and seasonal maintenance plans available.
